Shipping policy
✨Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. During this time details of your order are reviewed for accuracy, or adjustments.
✨ Processing time has passed once accuracy of selections on the site are confirmed.
✨ Turnaround time is 7-15 business days! Holidays and weekends are NOT included in the turnaround time.
✨ Orders are shipped within 24 hours (pending customer approval for custom unit orders) 
✨tracking numbers are sent via email, text, or the social media platform in which we communicate with package contents photo as well as package photo for legitimacy.
✨ Orders are shipped through USPS retail ground 3-5 days, priority 2-3 days or UPS (whichever I see will get to you sooner)

Lost or stolen packages
✨ We understand packages may be lost or stolen, however, our company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package has left our business address . Please contact your local USPS office/UPS STORE or visit, with the given photos of your package contents and package picture to file a claim. There are cases that USPS/UPS is holding packages at the local office for you to claim and pick up. If you feel that this may be an issue in your local area, request for USPS/UPS to hold your package at the office to avoid any unattended packages. 
✨ If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package/package contents due to probable/possible error at the hands of your local post office/UPS please let us know.

ALL WIG UNITS ARE RETURN SHIPPED VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) and UPS
To add SIGNATURE TRACKING, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND INSURANCE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL OF THE UNIT PURCHASED PLEASE INFORM Karen's Fabulous Collections PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT. 
Karen's Fabulous Collections  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAYS FOR WHATEVER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS ONCE SHIPPED. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT USPS/UPS IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RETURN SHIPMENTS TO PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS OR TRACK DELAYED OR LATE SHIPMENTS DUE TO COURIER DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, NATURAL DISASTERS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
